I had the pleasure of planning and executing the sale of my home through Leverage Realty and Thomas and Kimberly Busciglio. From our first meeting which was about a year before the house was listed i was completely comfortable with both Tom and Kim. We met the first time to do a walk thru inside and out of my property and get a game plan drawn up of items that needed attention and the process of listing the home. We ended up meeting back 2 more times in the later months and each time they showed the same enthusiasm as they had from the beginning, they maximized our profits in a completely transparent approach.
