When you submit an inquiry, your name, email, optional phone number, interest, and message are sent through Resend to Follow Up Boss, our lead management system, so the Leverage Realty team can respond. Van reservation requests include contact details and pickup and return dates and times and are sent directly to Thomas Busciglio by email. Property Ownership Verification requests include contact details and the property address. Loan Estimate Review requests include contact details and the uploaded loan estimate, sent directly to Thomas Busciglio through Resend by email. Buyer Information Sheet and Pre-Consultation Assessment submissions are sent directly to Thomas Busciglio by email for follow-up and consultation preparation. Calculator entries stay in your browser unless you choose to submit a form. Our chat uses tawk.to and its AI Assist service. Messages and contact details you choose to share in chat are processed by tawk.to so our AI assistant and team can respond. The assistant is AI; request a person at any time. Avoid sending sensitive financial or identification information in chat. Property search links may open an independent listing provider, which processes searches and any account or contact details you submit under its own privacy policy.
