Kimberly leads Leverage Realty Team alongside her husband, Tom, through Howard Hanna’s Great Bridge office, serving Hampton Roads, Virginia, and Northeastern North Carolina. As a veteran-owned boutique team with Tom’s 23 years of Navy service, they bring a personal understanding of military life and the challenges of PCS moves.

Her team’s accomplishments include recognition among the top 1.5% in the nation, National Sales of Excellence, Circle of Excellence, Champions Club, and Top Producer honors. For Kimberly, the most meaningful part of the work is earning her clients’ trust and being someone they can count on long after closing.

Tom Busciglio brings a practical approach and a commitment to service to real estate. A retired Navy veteran with 23 years of service, he understands the challenges military families face when relocating and finding a place to call home.

Alongside his wife, Kimberly, Tom co-leads Leverage Realty Team at Howard Hanna’s Great Bridge office, serving Hampton Roads and Northeastern North Carolina. With an MBA, a background in program management, and hands-on experience owning and managing a portfolio of rental homes, he brings valuable perspective to buyers, sellers, and investors.

As a landlord of multiple properties, Tom understands the responsibilities and opportunities that come with rental ownership. Outside of real estate, he enjoys cars and spending time with Kimberly and their three children in Virginia Beach.
